After a metal joiner 63>60mm

I'm after a metal coupler to go inbetween two silicone hoses. Now the fun part.

I need one end to be 60mm and the other 63mm, length to be about 10cm. Any ideas? Had a browse and couldn't see much.

Can't do it the other way round and use a silicone reducer pipe?

Cheers chris. I got sent something similar. I've managed to refit the other pipe so will see how that goes
