Yeah, just give her a decent going over, arches, wheels etc. Last thing you want is for any dirt to be hiding that the machine or pad can pic up :S

Tom, as Justin has said, Auto Glym Super Resin Polish, with some Megs applicators are very useful. They are also both available from Halfords or online.
Extra Gloss Protection, again from Auto Glym is very useful as a sealent and produces decent results.

Dave, might be worth your money getting someone to do it for you. It's circa 100 quid, and for 150 quid plus products plus time taken to get use to the machine, you might as well spend the money on someone who knows what they are doing.

Nope. She will have to start a new contract and you will have to end yours with 30 days notice, then get the PAC (porting authority code).
She may well get a better deal anyway, being a new customer.
