Well my claim is pending from June 2009, not heard anything from them. Didn't bother chasing them as there was no damage to my car, need to find out whats going on with it now though.

Think most insurance companies do that, hike up the renewal as most people are to lazy to shop around. Will start phoning around for some quotes later on and see how it goes.
