My 182 started to do this after about 2k miles. Took it to dealers who loosened the grip/clip on the wires on the temp sensor as apparently they are put on too tight at factory.
While he was messing with wires he was able to get the gauge to drop even when at full temp. He was able to...
just spoke to someone from renault... lol why did i even bother to try...
them "does the radio work"
me "yes"
them "then why do you need to know"
me "just forget it
I shall stay well away from that dealership lol
not sure mate sorry... All i know is there is an aux in, I have it enabled, but not sure what connection it uses. Might have to just pull it out and have a look...
right I have enabled the aux in (hold down the expert button, use up and down arrows to select aux in, use left and right to enable/disable) it is now selectable via the source button. What connections are on the back of the 182 cabasee headunit? does it have just a changer port, or is there...
does anyone know what connection/connectors the headunit in the standard 182 (cabasse) uses for the aux in? I have enabled the aux in (via the expert mode/options) so it is now selectable using the source button. Now I just need to buy the correct cable, any help would be much appreciated...

which one would work, as there are two types of connector? Im...
Had this looked at by renault @ sunderland. he said he had a few come in for same problem. They put cable wraps on at factory, normally too tight, so thats why you get fluctuations like I was having. He has moved cable wrap so wires are looser, and with movement the wires wont be losing...
this would be my worst nightmare, i feel so sorry for you. To have something spoilt by some jealous c*nt just aint cricket. I would try and set up a webcam/cctv as seems like its a regular occurance.
I suppose you could try parking elsewhere but why should you? Inform the police as well if...
thanks again, much appreciated, a better answer than my renault dealer could ever give
im sure i would have got absolutely nothing from the dealer if i described the problem... at least now I have some ammunition...
When locking my car with the key fob remote, sometimes i get three distinct beeps, all of the same length... other times (more often than not) i hear nothing but the locks engaging....
any ideas why there is a difference?
Right then
Just checked under the bonnet and theres a switch already been put in that is exactly the same... thats probably why my alarm never went off, think I best keep it though just in case :)
thanks again, lets hope I dont need to ask any more of these types of questions as Renault...
mine aint a cup though :P although it does have the cup suspension + spoilers!
Ill get some photos of it up at some point, it needs a wash after driving 500 miles in it at the weekend! I cant stop driving it lol
Its a bit of a leap from a 1.4 saxo but after making that leap I dont know how I...

they are gonna get such a *******
surely without that my alarm should be going off as it will never be pressed - thus it thinking my bonnet has been opened?????

Picked my new 182 up on Friday... however found this sat in the engine bay next to the air filter/cold air feed..... Couldnt believe it!
Anyway heres a photo, I have no idea what it is, and if someone can identify it will certainly help with the explanation to the dealer, as they were clueless...
the light blue i think you are referring to is the blue racing gloss. Its ok but I have just bought a 182 with the metallic arctic blue, as thats my favourite
the petrol blue is the id paint and at £1100 or whatever it is... is serious extra money
