Woohoo! Bought a 172 (normal one) but it doesn't have a traction control switch. Why's this?

Also, In a "Standard" 172, is there a switch to turn off traction control?

Lol, yeah I gathered that much. I just dont want it to be costing me an arm and a leg to keep it running :)

When I go over 80mph, which isn't very often ;) I get an annoying bleepy buzzer alarm thing that sounds. Does anybody know how to turn this off? It's so annoying!

Yeah, £600 the garage charged me. Got it back and the radio display thing doesn't light up any more! So it's going back to get a bulb in it. Also, I've noticed an annoying alarm which activates when I go over 80mph. Do you know how to turn this off?? It's sooooooooooo annoying.

It was the central body-control module thing. The part was in stock which says to me that it's something that is quite commonly replaced. Cheers.
