he flatted the paint off before it were sprayed and the primer, but he hasnt touched the final paint i dont think, and as for mopped, dont know what that is, lol.

it wernt sprayed in a bodyshop, it was a mate that sprayed it (hes got 30 yrs experience in spraying) in a bingy workshop for 120quid, lol. So i need advice on polishing out all the marks etc and gettin the paint to a look a bit more professional because theres a few little bumps on it and off...

I have the option of getting my car resprayed for very cheap (my mate used to own a spray garage and if i buy the paint filler etc etc, and provide a workshop he will do it for like 150quid). Basically i just want to know will repsraying it a different colour lower the value a lot? its mk1 1.2...

i have a mk1 1.2 8v, and when the engine is cold theres a high pitch sound coming from it, squeeling like noise, it only happens at low rpm and i think its coming from the belt thats on the alternator (dont know what its called). Is this is a major problem and should i get it replaced asap, or...

why dont u a buy non running valver? Then stick a new engine etc in that would be a bit of a more sensible option if u ask me.

yea usually the 1.2's lack a lot of power, however they arnt too bad compared to other 1.2's coz of the weight, try sticking a decat and panel filter in it, and maybe a cold air feed if u really want to, will feel a bit more pokey.
