Right, i have finally gone for a set of apex -40mm lowering springs. How do i go about fitting these to my mk2 ph2 clio (non sport). Is it difficult or can it be done by myself? Any guides would be helpful! Cheers guys

Iam thinking of buying a set of Apex -40mm springs for my clio (dynamique 16V). I have 17's and have experienced minor rubbings on the inside of the wheelarches with a heavy load in the back of the car. This happens when turning corners etc. Is it a bad idea to lower the car as im desperate to...

Right, bear with me here. :D Iam looking at buying a set of Eibach pro springs. I have a 2003 1.2 16V. Will these actually lower the car or just make an improvement to the handling?? Secondly, with the k-tec relocation pipe, will it not fit as i have air conditioning??
