Hi guys, Just a quick query as I'm useless with car mechanics. Recently purchased the car, the bite point is quite high an it's sometimes difficult to get into 1st and 2nd gear. Is this a sign the clutch is due for replacing? Any help appreciated. Regards Ben

Just want to change seats and possibly door cards. The only other thing is the bite point is high an sometimes it's difficult to put into 1st and 2nd gear. Is this just the signs if the clutch needs doing? Cheers guys

How easy is it to get the calipers off to paint them? and if its easy is there a guide or a talk thru to help me?

The exhaust is rattling when my car is stood still, i've had a look underneath and noticed my heat shield has worn away around the the bolts, is it worth getting a new heat sheild or just getting bigger washers to fix it back to the body of the car? Thanks in advance

Its been in the garage today and ive found out its gonna cost me a fair few quid, they say that they cannot replace the sump without taking the engine out. Has anybody else had this problem with the sump on a 182 cup? Just trying to detirmine if its a common fault

I've discovered an oil leak on my 04' 182 cup clio, i've had it in at the garage an found that the problem is i have a cracked sump valve. Its not from a bang as there are no signs of scuffs or knocks etc, its just ware and tear or me just being unlucky i guess, but my warranty has just ran out...
