Rattling from the exhaust.........

The exhaust is rattling when my car is stood still, i've had a look underneath and noticed my heat shield has worn away around the the bolts, is it worth getting a new heat sheild or just getting bigger washers to fix it back to the body of the car?

I would get the new heat shield as well, if it was me..they are there for a reason.
