p.s the thing is its been driving down gthe motorway for about an hour fine but then as soon as i restart after stopping for a drink it starts doing the above

basically if i start the car it idles fine but as soon as i go to set off it judders really bad and cuts out
have replace lambda and coolant temp sensor.....
please help as its URGENT

yeah i would deffo have a go about the air filter but the oil is fine mate.... although i would deffo want fully synth in it....the oil has the same viscosity so that wont harm it.... i would say use 10w40 fully synth in any car... its good for cold starts and all round driving

mate shelll helix is the dog boll**s of oils, we use this at work and charge a staggering £5.61 a litre, we use the fully synth not sure on the helix plus tho........... guess what oil i use in the valver lol

was about 3.3opm today at the traffic lights at the dolphin pub... was a car inbetween the 2.... all i know is that they were blue and one had turinis on and looked very very nice.... think the other was 03 plate

serioulsy?? its just weird that it has only started since i disconnected the plug and vacumn pipe.. did yours use to cut out completly and struggle to get up to around 3k.. also how comes it is ok when warm

forgot to mention, i have also cleaned the icv and the map sensor all seems to be secure and the connector is clipped up securely.... sorry to sound dense but were is the lambda sensor and what does it do??
