Car is on kangaroo juice now

  R35 GTR
If i hold the throttle position constant the car sometimes, jerks violently on and off the power, this is not the common lumpy idle problem.

It is very dangerous when cornering, i nearly crashed earlier.

Any ideas, back to renault again tomorrow.

It must be related to the oil leak i had the other day, as I havent had any problems like this before hand.

Yeah thats it! Take the plugs out, clean them and clean the HT's with WD40 aswell. if oil has gone everywhere it might have got into them causing your big ass misfire. other than that a good caining good solve it.....

it does seem ill, but still rapid ;). So is this violent jerking a misfire? If i plant my foot it disappears, though it is hesitant at first.

Yeah, sounds like a complete misfire i.e no cylinders firing. might even be the TDC sensor covered in oil. check all connections tro wires a clean, spray everything with WD40!!

I think it was something to do with the non existent chip that wasnt fitted to my car, removing this non existent chip seemed to leave the MAP sensor unconnected.

All seems fine now.
