Cheers for the comments guys, I am in the market for a mk2 vee as had the mk1 for 18months and just fancy a slight change. In no rush to sell though as love this one :)

Went to France (Reims and Dieppe) and was fine, can easliy do 3hrs before it starts to get annoying.

Dont need to weld anythng mate, just be handy with a drill and spanners, 2hr job max!

Give Yozzasport a ring, he knows a guy called Aidan and made me some, they are great quality, although may need some modification as mine were made to fit the floor holes rather than a slider. Easy eo mod tho with a hacksaw and Dremel. PM me if you want more info mate.

Great choice mate! Ive got custom subframes on mine so sit straight on the floor with no runners, maybe you could get some and fit them to the runners? Mine on the lowest setting touch the floor lol

Fair enough :( lol Must admit that out of those three it would be my 2nd choice, nice to hear peoples opinions tho Would love a mk2 vee but as mine is only on 19k miles I would only be able to afford a high (er) mileage one and cant really justify that. Thanks for comments! James

No mate I have custom subframes that bolt straight to the floor without runners etc, I cant see the windscreen wipers or washer jets, they are MUCH lower than standard ;)

I am not taking b****cks or living in dream land lol, seats are bolted straight to the floor so are very low and with harnesses transform the handling by keeping you strapped in place, giving much more confidence and feel. I know that it doesnt actually improve handling like suspension mods...

Hi, As it was a lovely day today went for a spirited drive with a couple of mates as one has just collected a Z4 M Coupe.....what an amazing car!!! Soo fast and fun to drive, vee didnt stand a chance...although I managed to keep up with the elise (just) due to lower seats in mine transforming...

Subframes were made by a contact from Yozza mate, made to order. They are very low and needed modifying but not difficult.
