Nope, i haven't but surely if the alternator was working the power reading would go up when the engine is on. Or am i wrong???

Yes i tried that several times, when I take the key out the ignition the light starts flashing then when I turn the key it turns to constant. Is this why the electronic fault and preheating earning light doesnt come on at all?
