I purchased the component cable for viewing my iPhone movies on my tv... When I try stream iplayer to watch on the tv the quality is terrible, is there a way to increase the resolution or will it always be scaled to fit the phone screen?

Just bought a Canon EOS 1000D this afternoon, perfect camera for me! Noticed the Tamron lenses at Jessops, but they look very cheap, especially compared to the Canon lenses... Are they half decent for the money, or is it better option to save up and get the canon ones ?

One for the fellow geeks in here. I am in the process of setting up a friends network, 2 laptops and one network Hard Drive. They both want access to e-mails, is it possible to set any programs such as outlook etc, to store downloaded e-mails on a mapped network drive rather than the laptops...

Finally got my pc in a working state, no crashes anymore (turned out to be RAM incompatible with my CPU). When i play downloaded HD Contend in 720p, it looks great, but i get a bit of motion blurring / pixelation. At the moment i'm using on board graphics, so i'm assuming a decent HD...

Trying to setup my new Corsair Dominator RAM... 2GB stick (1066mhz) System is an AMD2+ CPU so the 1066mhz is an option! Just running memtest now, and it is showing up as 266mhz (ddr533) DDR-2 (Dual) Does this mean DDR2 = 266 x 2 = 533 Dual Channel = 533 x 2 = 1066mhz?!

All of a sudden my wireless keyboard has stopped working before windows loads... this means i can't select my OS on dual boot (have to wait for 20 sec timeout) or get into the BIOS! Any idea what may have caused this ?!?!?! Haven't downloaded any updates etc...

I have just installed XP Pro on a new build, it's a stupidly old build of XP, with SP2 on (after the initial install) Only problem is of the 500 gig HD only 120 is showing up, when i go to my disc management I can see the other 380 gig, but I can only create a new partition on a seperate drive...

Recently upgraded to a shiny new Netgear Wireless N router, it has been running fine for about 6 weeks with no issues whatsoever (in 270mbps mode) Woke up this morning and the connection had dropped on my laptop, when i tried check for the wireless network it had dissapeared from the list...
