Hey Ben, Yes I did use the wrap for the manifold, but I wanna get a proper zorst so I can finish it off. Do you want my old manifolds? I can get them to you around xmas time. Ive flushed the cooling system out but no change, so Im guessing *hoping* its the cable. any ideas what to do next?

Looks like they still need to go over the primer in the red one. He obviously sprayed it, took the masking tape off and went "Whoops!":o

If when you come off the go pedal, as the engine drops revs, the zorst goes pop pop pop. Does this mean its running rich or what? Ive got an ecotek which is supposed to burn the throttle-overrun fuel so what is it?

Ok having done the above I still got it. I bought a ground loop isolater, for 16 more pounds, and this seems to have mostly solvved the problem. its not totally gone, but as good as! Another happy customer - cheers guys!

Yes I also get the same poblem with my 1.4 RT too. it normally only happens when I just start the engine - it idles at anything up to 3000, and whenever I stop at lights etc its staying at around 1500-2000 same as u guys. I was told its just the idle cntrol valve clogging and needs some...
