I can see there is a mixture of opinions on the wording in the comments above, it seems like a matter of perspective from what I am reading.
If a customer chooses to fit a part to their vehicle that is not for road use, we cannot be held responsible for the consequenses, be that an MOT failure...
I would also like to add - I saw mentioned above about the business changing hands. This is true, however the staff are mostly the same team, including myself who has been with the company over 9 years now.
Hi Guys - Ayshe here.
After several emails with the OP and a 1 star Google review which has been responded to, I'm now going to respond on here as well. I'll keep it short and sweet, as most of the details have already been posted above anyway.
The complaint from the customer is that the cat...
Just thought I would comment on this seeing as we have some people who are happy to make up their own minds without having all the information, or would just like to bad mouth us for the sake of it.
Firstly I did not immediately reply to the email for a few reasons. Firstly I received a rather...
The changes show what was different from how it was locked to how it was received here. TPS Min was not the "only" change made.
If you now do a file compare on the Current Calibration and that one, you'll know what the differences are. This may lead you to the answer you are looking for but it...

The Dan was ringing the sales team and I gave it to you, same result. I don't know peoples voices unless I deal with them regularly. No lies are present here.
I'd like to balance this story if I may.
Dan called me to ask for the password for a locked ECU, I gave it to him once I looked it up without any delay. What I can only assume is the thread owner was also calling the sales team for the same information at the same time, which only confused...
We have of course been made aware of this thread.
We would always urge customers who have any concerns about any work that we have carried out to contact us directly, we pride ourselves in our levels of customer service along with the quality of our work. The Supply of Goods and...

This video shows the result of a scored bearing housing on a refurbished Hybrid turbo which was not picked up by the turbo supplier. We had it independantly checked on behalf of Darren, the owner, and confirmed that this was the issue. Turbo was...
We can only offer option 1, 2 or 3 when we know what we are putting on the ECU though.
If you can forward your email to Andy on to me sean@ktrsport.com I will see what I can do for you and hopefully be in a position to carry out 1, 2 or 3 tomorrow.
How's that sound?
Sean.
Guys,
Just to put our side to this thread across, to try and make sense of what seems to have been totally misconstrued.
We were called by a lady asking for a pedal mounting bracket and engine mount support from our throttle body kit, which had been purchased second hand.
We have four...
The filter we had the problems with was the very first few which were made for us by Pipercross. As soon as we found the fault (on our own car) we withdrew them, had ITG make a new design and sent these out to replace the few Pipercross ones out there. This was a few years ago and we have not...
Anything we can do to help just let me know. Any issues with the car just let me know and I will have it collected, sorted and delivered back to you.
Email is best to info@k-tecracing.com
David.
We are working on a solution at this very moment, we have had a couple of guys off over the last few days which has meant a delay in progress. The car is the other side of the world and the chassis number (CB15) is now having some further investigation through Renault. Rest assured we are on the...
This would always be our course of action, we will always try and do our best by our customers no matter how much "stirring" goes on or what is posted on a forum.
Oh and Ellen, we do not have any "muppets" working here, the guys are all very good at their jobs and at the end of the day they are...
Guys we will wait to see the car before adding any more to this thread, otherwise we are just wasting time going round in circles.
Ellen, we will see you when you bring the car down and reimburse you for the fuel it that helps. We will also run through everything while you are here so you can...
Well that is pretty obvious but we are not talking about a theoretical AFR we are being asked about a specific one on a specific car for which we have not seen for 11 months, there is a big difference.
We did map this car in March last year, and we checked the AFR logs for when the car was here and it was fine.
We have had a good chat with Ellen this morning, with no problems and asked her to pop down so we can see the car to make sure all is fine at no cost to herself.
Rather than what has...
Just spoken to Chris with regards to this but for future information, this is a small amount of the gel releasing agent that is used on the inside of the hose before it goes into the oven to cook. This hose clearly hasn't been rinsed through and has had a pool of this gel left inside when in...
Just to clarify our position on this:
As of July 2012 we no longer distribute JP Exhausts. The decision was ours to terminate the agreement as we did not feel we were able to offer the same level of supply, warranty support or indead product development working with JP Exhausts as we do with...
That was Darren Wright's homebrew Clio Trophy, it really is a quick car a credit to him. Runs 350 BHP and 400 lb/ft. A clever mix of megane and Clio engines running our GEN90 ECU. Great car and great guy, one of the three customer cars we had out on track taking people out at FCS. Between...
The customer concerned has in actual fact been supplied the correct boss kit from ourselves which we have verified here by cross referencing the part number of 615115 with our current stock on the shelf.
Unfortunately Oreca, and in fact most of France refer to a Clio 2 PH2 as a Clio 3 RS which...
