got a horrible ticking noise from my engine coming from around the belts area does this mean they need changing? 68k miles on clock

alrite, im 18 years old and have 1 years no claims but want to upgrade to a 172 but insurance is kinda stopping me at the moment. so i fort it was worth a ask if any1 knows a insurance company who would quote me for a 172 but not paying a stupid amount and suggestions would be great thanks loz,

i have a 1.4 16v mk 2 ph 2 and when i start my car it strugles to idle at low revs.it starts fine but if i start it and rev straight the way the car cuts out if i start it and leave it for say 30 seconds its fine so im thinking it may be fuel or air and suggestions or help will be great thanks...

ive just brought a really nice sportex back box but my car is dead quite still. ive got a viper induction kit on aswell and it sounds mint could do with being a lil louder any suggestions would be great thanks.

sometimes i go to start my car and i get nothing not even like a flat battry noise but after a while it starts as if there hasnt been any problem all my lights come on and go off at the rite time and radio windows etc work fine when key is in ignition. it sounds like a click coming from my fuse...
