The thread inside where the brake pipe has all been chewed up and the bleed nipple has been snapped aswell. I think i'll give that biggred.co.uk and GSF a go n see if they can help.
Im in desperate need of a rear passenger side brake caliper. Every breakers yard ive rang havent got them in. Does anybody know where i can get one from accept new from Renault.
Any help is much appreciated.
loving it mate. When i suggested smoothing my numberplate recess the other day all i got was bad comments back but i think it looks really smart. Ya do need to mount ya plate somewhere tho like get a square one and mout it at one side of the bumper
One of ma mates does body work and is amazing at it so i just asked him to see if he had any ideas about the front end and he thought of this. Just wanted to get afew opinions but im thinking its a no no unless i went for a square number plate at the side. Gonna get him to photoshop that for me.
Im not modding wrong just cos i was asking for other peoples opinions. Having other peoples opinions can help ya make ya mind up just as it has here as i wasnt sure if i shud do it!
Ive been toying with the idea of doing this with ma clio when i get it fixed. Got ma mate to photoshop the numberplate to the bottom of the bumper and smoothing out the number plate recess. Also id get a K-Tec carbon fibre splitter aswell.
Comments welcome
Basically the other night i was out in ma 182 and the automatic headlights were working. I pulled over and was fiddling with the control stalks then when i started the car back up ma automatic headlights had stopped working. Now how do i turn them back on?
Ok well today i had a nasty crash in my 182 and basically ive bent the rear axle aswell as other parts. What i was wondering is is it hard to change a rear axle on a 182 or is it just unbolt it from the bottom of the suspension struts, disconnect the brake lines and then unbolt it from the the...
Its all fixed now. it was cos i had the front wheels off the ground and going through the gears with the esp turned off so it thought it was just spinnin up i think. it went off as soon as i drove the car.
I dont think its speed related cos it doesnt do it all the time like when im accelarating it doesnt do it and it doesnt do it every time i slow dwn. hope its not the diff/gearbox. yeah i'll try and get under it on axle stands tomorrow.
I noticed this noise about a week ago and noticed that the gear stick shook quite abit when cumming off the accelorater so i posted a thread saying these symptoms and got told it would be the gearbox twisted dogbone mount.
So today i changed the bushes in that mount with some from k-tec racing...
Thats what the guy at demon tweeks that sorts the discount out for cliosport.net users told me, said the best one is the pipercross viper so its between that and the K&N. Which ever one i get im gonna get a cold air feed aswell.
Fair enough :)
Isn't the BMC CDA induction kit a universal filter, the only reason they can say that they are custom to different vehicles because of the mounting bracket and to do with how the attatch to the throttle body on the different cars.
Are K&N Typhoon induction kits any good for the...
Ive just been watching a video of the north west are rep's clio 182 (christopher) and at the start of the video it says Milltek Exhaust (centre box removed) YozzaSport De-Cat & Simota Aerofrom.
I was wondering what this simota aeroform is and does it make any diference to the noise or...
