ive had the diagnostics checked, and it cam up with glowplug fault and EGR valve fault. he deleted the faults and took it for a run, came back and plugged it in again. the only fault to come back was the EGR valve fault. instead of the pissing about cleaning it, im just going to get a new one...

the panda 100hp is what im after when the clio sells. test drove a red one at local fiat dealers, and instantly loved it. nice little rev happy engine, pulls in all 6 gears nice, and doesnt half shift. these way 975kg with driver, and look planted. cracking little cars.

guys, my sister has got a clio mk2 ph2 and its recently started, not starting. whats happens is, the engine turns over but doesnt seem to want to fire up. she trys to start it 2-3 times everytime she want to start, but on the 4th time, she fires up. its been doing this for nearly a week now...

i havnt a clue when the fuel filter was replaced, bought the car in august last year, and it needed a service, but i havnt replaced it. only did an oil, oil filter and airfilter change in may(ish). my dad reckons its not fuel filter related. do you know where is the heater plug relay...

well, the guys said, if i dont buy the parts, and he buys them instead, it would cost about £170 all in :P

ive heard the dCi 80 or even the dCi 100 is better on fuel, because your not "building it up" to over take etc. my dCi 80 does 600 miles to £50 and thats mainly around town. its currently averaging 56.9 mpg around town lol.

i bought the kit for £50 including the tensioner. and the labour was £80. mates rates ;)
