    So after near 3 years together it may finally be time to sell my 182 (The second one). Looking at a Clio 220 Trophy as its replacement. Interested in hearing owners opinions. Already got my first question. How can I tell if a car has an RS monitor?

    Removed the top dash so I could change the radio/clock bulbs, used 509T bulbs from Halfords, worked a treat.

    Filled new exhaust hangers with Tiger Seal and left them to set. Found out why my exhaust was rattling... Heat shield was hanging down and resting on top of my RS192 :anguished: Reattach what I could, need to get some Araldite for the bits where the bolts were ******

    Typically get around 30 mpg on 6 mile commute to work. Went down to Flamingo Land (around 160 mile round trip) and averaged 39 mpg.

    Yeah, got the same problem with my wipers. Seems to come from the passenger side arm and creaks no matter the settings 😞

    Hi, yeah the internal temp sensor had been disconnected in the roof of the head lining where the light is.

    Gearbox Earth Strap

    Having issues with my electrics tripping out, want to replace the gearbox earth strap (04 182FF) does anyone know what size the bolts holes are? From reading forum saw someone mention 10.5mm for the larger hole. Thanks for any help.

    OK an update, managed to get the car started, was a loose relay in bonnet when I'd been investigating the electrics. Still got an issue with electrics tripping out when driving, found if I drive like Vin Diesel they trip out but if I drive like Miss Daisy they are OK. I've checked and cleaned...

    Thanks for the help @Mcbudge, took the light fitting out then pulled the Grey surround off and sure enough the black tube was disconnected. Reconnected it, will find out on way to work if it's fixed. Thanks :up::cool:
