my car wouldent start so I took the sparkplugs out for a look, two of them are covered in oil, Whats the likely cause? and is it going to be expensive to fix? thanx for any replys
How the eck do you get them out? they are very deep in, Can you buy anythink from Halfords? or can you get in with an ordinary socket set? I know they are champion plugs, anyone know the code number. Thanx for any replies
Rear Wheel arches that is, paint bubbling up, dreaded rust. Anyone had the same thing? Can they be patched up or would it be best to have both rear wings fully resprayed
I use my willy once a week and its rusty under the arches, but point this car round a roundabout or a 90 degree corner and you wont believe wot you just did!
when my factory fitted alarm/ immoboliser packed up on on my willy, renault quoted me £450 for a replacement. I went to an independant, and they charged me £210 for complete replacement including new central locking plip key
Just wondering what kind of part exchange should I be looking for when I trade my willy in. Its a willy2 37000 miles, good condition, book price says £3500 trade but that sounds to low to me.

Louise, £45 per wheel. They were very badly corroded. T Fer, Regards to getting the right colour on the wheels, this is the prob, unlike car body paint which has a colour code the wheels dont have one. When I had mine done they had to mix paint to try and get the right shade. They used Nissan...
I had my willy wheels professionally refurbished recently by Prestige wheels. They did not remove the tyres they just deflated them and used a polythene masking. Pics here

Cheers guys, now considering repainting the gear positions on top of the knob where they have worn off. Agree its a bad habit holding my knob all the time! Must make a new years resolution to leave my knob alone.
