    We have managed to find a Laguna with the alternator and bracket for £30. The only thing is, can we change the alternator with out removing the power steering pump and therefor the steering rack? as we dont yet have a manual/electric rack yet? :S

    SUPERB!!! That is bloody light! We have only taken out the flimsy sheet metal, none of the strengthening bars or anything like that have been removed, we were going to thought after the cage was built.... but what can we say hey!!!!!!

    Well i have now encountered a bigger problem... have just been told that the caliper has snapped in half! not sure of the extent of the damage yet, will be having a look tonight, but might just get them from NWP as they are doing quite a good deal for the lot all in!! may also need a new caliper...
