The clicking with the wipers is normal as on the clio there is no such things as intermeadiate wipers, if you have your wiper lever in the middle you are on Auto wiper setting and will work when it senses that it's raining, the click noise you hear is the moto kicking in to move the wipers...

I had a similair problem the other week, Service light indicates a fault and the funtion light tells you where the fault is located, best bet is to read it with a diagnoctic machine to see what fault code is reading.

I agree with JackJack, you need to declare the mods on your car, even if it is only a 1.2. If you don't then what is the point of paying out best part of £2,000 as if something happends your screwed! Sounds like you know what your doing mate. I wouldn't have had a clue but I shall look into buying the goods and speak to someone about getting the Racing Blue spray, I don't think its the sort of thing that you can buy over the counter so will have to find a supplier who can mix it. Cheers...
