    Hey guys I want to collect some data for compare: How long needs your car for accelerating from 50 to 87mph in 4th gear on plain road? My clio with 205/40R16 starting at 2800rpm needs 12sec, my R5 with 165/70R13 starting at 2600rpm 13sec Oliver

    I bought my Clio October 1996 as new car. It was originally a 1,2l. In Winter 2000/01 I made an engine update to a 1,6 16V. At the moment with some modifications I have 125hp and still something planned to avoid getting bored….:)

    I use a 1.8l ECU with a 2.0l engine. Therefore I need factor 1.1 more fuel per injection. Using this formula: >fuel mass factor = square root (new fuel pressure devided by old fuel pressure)< 1.1 is about >square root (3.5/3.0)< And also higher pressure means better spray...

    Is there somebody who knows of a fuel pressure control valve with a fixed value of about 3,5bar against the intake manifold, perhaps from another manufacturer or model, that can replace the original 3bar control valve, fits properly and is much cheaper than the adjustable controllers...

    I can f*** valvers even without turbo....most of then don´t have real 136hp. O.K. I also don´t, but I have dyno-tested 173Nm at 3680rpm...:D

    What is dtcc??? Sorry I don´t know.:confused: For me it looks like the 2l engine with 172hp....the 4in1 exhaust manifold, the intake manifold (silver gray colour)...

    @GRC79 Yes I registered but I can´t enter the forum..... If you need the partnumber of the F4R-Throttle: 82 00 060 868 (mechanical throttle!) @TomClio16V Huuhhh the RS throttle, 70mm bore??? Not bad, but I think the mine is big enough...:)

    Can not say, the car will not hit the street before March 04.... I think it´s worth the money (€140,-), because it´s easy to fit and you have to do no mechanical mods, but a new calibration is necessary anyway because the ratio between throttle angle and effective opening area changes...

    Oh yes, you with your ClioB, you normally have the pressure regulator in the tank. My engine (Laguna-origin) has it still conventional at the fuel rail on the engine. Regarding the injectors I only wanted to know if the flow rate of the K4M-injectors is still sufficient for that high power...

    Nankang NS 2’s any good

    Nankang belongs to Yokohama, means is the the cheap yoko brand. I run the Nankang 826 in size 165/70/13H on my super5, not so bad at all.

    the 5W-50 oil is thicker at 150°C than the 10W-40.....
