Mine fits flush i have alot of wires in the back stalk adaptors bluebooth was hard to fit but does When i got the car someone had cut out some of the trim and i think thats why it fits flush

How can i get to the rear speakers? Are there any screws or clips i have to take off as the panel is quite flimsy and i dont want to break it. Pictures would be a great help =]
