To be honest I want some more power as well lol.... any cheapish suggestions? :)
Thanks! :D
Worked like a charm! Kinda freaked me out! lol
The car is running perfectly. If anything it is running the best it ever has! Pulls hard and smooth all the way to the limiter.
I use it daily to get to work and never have any problems, only thing I have had to fix since the engine rebuild is a...
Very late reply but that was me and still is if you see me about :)... See an arctic blue 182 around quite often I assume that is you :p
Don't really come on here very much any more.
Cheers :)... 519 Automotive special ordered it from Piper for me and then fitted it.
Plans are to sort out the suspension with Spax coilovers. Get the few scratches and dents repaired. (one on the bonnet is rather bad :( ) And i really want to crack 200bhp to finish it off but that is a long...
OMG i even knew that! can't edit my post now :( (Will a MOD please edit it! :P)... That will teach me to better proof read my posts!
Yup suspension needs sorting out and will be after the winter :) pretty sure that will mean a trip up to you once more :D... maybe you could time a group buy...
Here is my Petrol Blue Clio 182 FF. Ive owned it for just over a year now and its been eventfull!
So as some of you will know. My engine went bang in august and so was sent off to Dan at 519 Automotive for some fixing....

I will post a video after my car is remapped tomorrow... sounds awesome already and looks fantastic :D
I work in Springfield :) live few miles from chelmsford, hope you are not the black 172 with neon orange wheels I see occasionally, that looks on a bit of a state haha
Yup pretty much :) going back to Dan @ 519 tomorrow to get new lambda sensor fitted... then needs a re-map as it has had 428s and matched inlets fitted :)
My advice... get it done!... mine went the week i was getting quotes to get it replaced. Actually it went 10 mins after I tried calling 519 lol :(

That does NOT look good :(... that hole in the dephaser was first thing I saw when i took the cover off.... my heart sank lol

Thanks guys :)
Sadly the car is extremely poorly atm :(
The dephaser self destructed taking a lot of things with it :S Currently with Dan at 519 and cant wait to get it back when she's all better :D
I've been contemplating whether gold williams wheels would look good on it? :D
Thanks Tigger
Did that this morning :)
The belt is very slack and the dephaser has a chunk missing from the teeth bit :S... The belt also has a hole in it lol... irony is i've been getting quotes for getting the belt changed over the past week :D
Its heading off to be repaired next week :)
To be honest guys all I was hoping is that someone might have heard of this before and would be able to give me and my brother somewhere to start looking... a few people have so thank you :)
I had totally forgotten I had breakdown cover until I got home, so then rang em up and got it recovered...
Errrr nearside?... can never remember which is which.... drivers side.... left of engine when looking at it.... opposite side to the throttle... where all the belts are :D
There is definitely oil still in there as there just wasn't enough on the ground for it to have emptied itself completely. I reckon more than half or maybe a little more on the ground.
Its home now... breakdown cover is awesome!
Hi guys, some help or advice would be much appreciated.
So I was parking my car up earlier and the steering went a little heavy then went fine again (Engine seemed fine) I get out the car and find that my car has dumped a load of oil on the ground.
It appears to have soaked everything on...
Awesome thanks for adding me to the list :P I've only ever seen mine... would love to see another :D... Wish I had the one with the Recaro seats :( lol
Thanks :D It is on Apex 40mm lowering springs, will be on some coilovers soon though :P
