Just had my car busted into by some crack head for my stero, smashing my drivers window in the process, what models have the same glass as my 172 cup mk2 53 plate

Booked it in for specialist diagnostics this coming tuesday, will let them them diagnose and i'll replace it myself. Will update with the out come. Cheers for the suggestions and help guys, matt

What is it, it does down to near the horn? Seems to be restricting the revs on tick over, suffering with a lump idle on tick over (just been rebuilt) When i take this off, it grabs back say another 100 rpm, but is still slightly lumpy, when i put it back on, it starves it slightly.
Any ideas?

Have just rebuilt the engine, Parts replaced, Big end bearings, APR's, Rings, Valves, Oil Pump, Water Pump, Cambelt Kit, All Gaskets + Seals, obviously...
What's the general consensus for running a F4R in? Guessing it varies with what you replace?

Not sure about torque'ing used bolts up mate, literally had a set I ordered before ordering a full head gasket set which came with another set (dunno if that makes sense) meh, so used them anyway. If anyone's after a set, let me know!
I was worried to begin with, allot of stigma on here that its too complicated for anyone but a Renault specialist to work on, but in my honest opinion I don't think that's the case as long as you have the right tools and I suppose a fair bit of mechanical knowledge,

Yep, bottom end locking pin was in mate :/ no new oil jets fitted, sump off, nothing suspect either, could it have anything to do with the fly wheel? Really strange :(
It wasn't in gear :/ and it wont turn over without the plugs in! Rocker off, nothing suspect starring at me! Sump off tomorrow to inspect the bottom end. Any other idea's. Will turn 3/4, and then back 3/4's
