Breaking it in

What's the general consensus for running a F4R in? Guessing it varies with what you replace?

My replacements; Big end bearings, APR's, Rings, Valves, Oil Pump, Water Pump, Cambelt Kit, All Gaskets + Seal

Just tried that from cold... bouncing off the limiter in 1st gear! It didn't last 20 minutes though? It didn't come up to temp either?

warm it up and give it abuse upto 75% rpm (i'm being serious this time, i was last time, but that more for race engines)
