As the 182 exhaust is well known to rot and fall to pieces, and a replacement is £700ish from Renault, most people upgrade to stainless steel. So do people tell their insurance about it or would it not matter? Or has anyone ever had a problem with this when trying to make a claim? Thanks

Ive got a 2001 ph1 Clio 172. The immobiliser is failing to disarm when I put the key in. Is there any way of bypassing the immobiliser so I can at least get it to a garage? If anyone has some advice which might not be too clever on a public forum then please PM me. Thanks.
