yea mate, its worked... (mines not the greatest repair at the moment, but huge difference to the damp patch inside the car. worth a try pal. I just gt some of the halfords silicone sealant and it appears to have dont the job, the wet patch is significantly reduced but still a little bit there...

yea kyle, mine gets relly wet but depends on the weather. recently been really bad, ive added some sealant under the little black bit, so i will see how it goes and let ya know. Its dry at the moment so wont find out till it rains again. haha

Ahh yea mine look. Crappy and loose. I bought some silicone sealant, if I just fill under that and replace it hopefully it'll stop leaking. Cheers pal

How do you mean. The live is fed straight from the battery as I know no other way. The amp is front the remote cable in head unit loom. The amp itself is a 450w I think

Yea, I had to take it to a garage to repair it though. Before I took it there I tested it with a jet was with a friend inside the car till he saw water dribbling through.

Yea the remote cable has been connected with bullet connectors into the head unit. I have sanded down the area for the ground cable, but used the original bolt (which is painted black, could this be an issue)

i had the same problem with mine a few months ago. At first i thought it was the sunroof however it turned out i had a hole in the seals around my front windscreen. Dont know if this could be the same with yours? dunno if that will help

I have earthed the amp to one of the bolts for the hooks just under the boot lid. (ive done this in other cars with no issues) is there anywhere else you would recommend me trying?

Tidy little motor, cant go wrong with it really. i like mine 1.2 mainly because its so cheap and economical. Best thing to do is clean it and keep it tidy.

i thought the sunroof, so i went around that about 2 weeks ago and sealed it, but its still happening. Strangest thing is that the only park of the car getting wet is the passengers side a pillar. but ill see how the sealant and rubber grommet get on, if well ill let everyone know. Thanks...
