yeah it has a little pearl in it. looks lovely imo but its getting painted in original colour when i get round to it. looks fantastic though and paint job is good so not touched it,. but these cars are rare now hence why i want to make it all original again so will have it painted at some point

yeah it was mate but it actually handled quite good as i spent alot on suspension,anti roll bar set up,shot peened ib5 gearbox with a quaiffe atb diff and some f1 tyres on it..post some pics of the rs turbo matey

how do you know the garage aint having him on about it losing compression though . unless he has done it himself or seen the results..theres loads of garages out there to rip u off for things you dont need.

i cant see it being that the engine has failed. as she obviously drove it fine to work at 8am! and parked it and then later it wouldnt start. is the car actually cranking over? becaise if the starter is spinning and not cranking it over then the bush in the starter has failed. push start the car...

change map sensor mate and then give it a try

update...after a member on here [dennis] on here offered to take a look at it.. i went down and he did a plug in. . came up with 2 codes one was the 02 sensor and the other was injector number 2 so will swap these and then report back and see what happens.. thanks again mate for taking a look...
