    Scary brakes moment

    Hi guys, on my way to work then was doing about 70 and had to brake quite hard. Car bounced to the left quite badly. Now whenever I brake even at slow speeds it does it. Any ideas? Sorry for not searching, at work and trying to hide from the boss lol Cheers Guys

    Rear brakes 172

    I've taken the carrier for the pads of the o/s rear on my ph1. When I've gone to refit it the bolt holes won't line up. I haven't replaced the pads or discs, they are the same as before. Any ideas how to refit it?

    Megane Scenic springs + brakes

    rear brakes

    do the wire metal bits need to go on the pads, ive fitted some new pads and took the metal bits off the old pads and put them on the new, they seem to flap about and do nowt so took them off, sre they needed. cheers

    Pretty sure my brakes have had it, they don't really work anymore. I'm thinking of getting some Brembo HC discs for the front. Are the Ferrodo 2500's still the best pads?? Seem quite steep in price compared to the price of the brembos?? Do I just go with standards on the back as recommended?
