0-60 in 9.63, sound right

I tryed timing my 1.4 16v and got 9.63 secs does that sound right? In parkers.co.uk it states 10.2. All Ive done is put an induction kit on there but I keep reading that induction kits dont make any difference.

eer yes...I realise it isnt the most accurate way.

Well add a bit of time on for inaccuracy, for the stop watch and speedo and itll be close to 10.2s

Only way to find out its true acceleration is up the strip hehe!

Still not a bad effort. I got late 11s in a 1.2 so if you in the 9s in a 1.4 then youre doing ok.

Wouldnt it be more of a give or take kinda thing, as I may have been too modest on the stop watch?
