05 dynamique heater jammed

had the wifes new clio the weekend and noticed it appears to be jammed on hot no matter how hard you turn it IT DONT lol

only bought it about 4 weeks ago and when i checked on the day of sale it worked well with the ac blowing well ?????

rheostat/resistor under passenger side scuttle panel

try the search theres a load of threads about it.
