are the manifolds all the same? all mark 1's between 91-96?

They're all energy engines so i'd expect so.

If not, it'd be very very minor difference but still interchangable

yep, should be the same.
When you take yours off, be careful with the threaded dowels that the nuts go onto to hold the manifold on, I ended up shearing off 2 dowels in the process, but I'm sure they are replaceable anyway

Yep mole, they're replaceable...just screw into the head and the manifold then bolts onto them via nuts.
