1.2 16V coolant Change

could someone give me all the steps to doing a coolant change on a 1.2 16V on a MK2 Ph2 clio. i know roughly but not sure if im missing any steps out. cheers. i need to know the lot, how to mix the water and anti freeze etc. cheers
