1.2 16V Expression - (First Car for the Girlfriend)

I'm trying to find my girlfriend her first car. Her budget isn't particularly very big so i have found this:

It looks in good condition and isn't too far from me. From pervious experience with my first ph2 clio I know the Sun Roof's are common to leaking so I will check this area but Is there anything in particular I should be looking out for/should ask?

DCI is a better punt, just nicer to drive, better on fuel etc insurance should be no different if you for a 50 or 80 model, 80 is a much better engine though.
