1.2 16v ktec stealth decat

had a few people ask me to post a video up of the zauhhhst, so i waited for it to be 'run ' in a bit because people said it would sound better once it has done a few miles and i have finally got a video, as the thread title says its a 1.2 clio with a ktech supersports stealth with a de cat.

performance hasnt really changed MPG still the same, only thing is sometimes i want to hear the exhaust more so i boot it a little which is the only way MPG is affected. noise is completely different from a standard exhaust!! lol

Okay, just I am still considering it, but I don't know if its worth the hassle or not. Where did you get the decat from?

all i did was got a mechanic to cut the cat open, take the all the stuff inside out weld it back up and put it back on. cost me 45 quid so was a cheap decat. lol

personally i think it sounds dirty and not in a good way.

hmm, not really i can just buy a new cat? you cannot buy a decat for a 1.2 clio, so hence why you get people bashing the insides out......

Sounds good, I had bother with mine sounding tinny with the decat.
