1.2 16v losing speed rapidly

i recently changed the clutch, bearings and brakes on my Clio 1.2 16v, but i feel like there is some power retained? I know the car isnt supposed to be fast, but when i lift off the accelerator pedal it rapidly loses speed. Any ideas? i know it is a little vague, sorry!

Brake binding - check to make sure each wheel is free to rotate. If one or more feels stiffer than the others you have an issue.
