1.2 16v running like shite

minimikes 1.2 is running like crap.

Missfire on pick up and limp home mode every 5 miles.

Changed the cat - no difference

Anyone else had this - possible Lamda sensor??

Plugs OK - feels like its not mapped properly when it misses - over fuelling??

Ideas?

mine goes like this sometimes, last time i just put some redex in the fuel and it seemed ok after

Coil pack or oxygen sensor, commen fault on the 1.2 16v engine....is it still under warranty mate?

i had the coil pack chnged on mine and it still done it

i assume hes had it attached to CLiP? if not i'd get that done as soon as possible. mine did the whole limp mode thing, and it turned out to be a throttle summit or other (cant remember the actual thing)

Had similar probs with my 1.2 when 1st got it, had ECU replaced under warranty sorted it. tho since put on a magnex backbox it idles so lumpy. could this be an oxygen sensor? redex, now theres an idea my car has felt sick over the spring time for a sort out

not stuck it on diagnostic yet - will do - its so savage i reckon its a sensor gone

Even my local Reno dealer couldnt work out what the idling prob was with mine when I went in took it in little while back. French cars eh who'd have em....
