1.2/ 2004 Dynamique Clio Head Gasket?

Hi all,

Anyone know how to go about changing the head gasket on one these 1.2L 04 dynamique's.

I think it is the gasket that has blown, as im getting white smoke from the exhaust, mayonaise in the oil, overheating and feels like its firing only on 2 cylinders.

Someone please help!!
