1.2 and 1.6 suspension sizes

Hi guys,

trying to get a bit more information, I had a mk 2 ph 2 1.2 16v with coilovers on, I've been told the bolt spacing on the front struts are probably 58mm, the ph 1's are 52mm if that's correct? I now have a mk 2 ph 2 1.6 16v and apparently these have a bolt spacing of 58mm too? My 1.2 is an 02 plate and my 1.6 is a 52 plate, will these both have the same size bolt spacing as I want to swap the coilovers on them.

ph2 1.2 16v and 1.6 16v will have the same bolt spacing. Measure it to be on the safe side.

CB05 (aka 1.2 16v) Phase 2 - Spacing is 58mm knuckle part number is 8200207307
CB0T (1.6 16V) - Spacing is 58mm knuckle part number is 8200207307

Just tried fitting them, the hub is different, on the 1.2 the hub is 7/8 of an inch and the hub on the 1.6 is and inch :/
