1.2 Brake discs fitting advice

Ive got my brake discs and pads through from brakepartsinternational. Im just after some quick info and advice before i get my mate to fit them.

He has done a few sets so im sure he will be fine, But :

what size spanners will he need?

And

What (im not sure what its measured in.. nm?) do the bolts need torqing up to, Or is it ok to just tighten them up as normal?

I had the wheel off earlier today to clean the arches a bit. And a look around the calipers.

Looks pretty simple, so i thought i would try and undo the torx screws on the hub. There pretty solid in there. Will a blow torch be much help to get the screws out?

I made sure everything is ok and have the wheel back on for now.
