Jon i love the look of your car mate...cant help thinking they look too much like standard steelies though? might try a set of white steelies first...see how they go ? thanks for the inspiration tho...lovely looking car
Possibly, but I'm not bothered. If you want something that looks more like a conventional alloy, get some TD 1.2's.
The only other wheel I'd run on my car would be 16" Turinis in white or anthracite.

i think white would suit your car better IMO. However Ancharite turbines might work

to be honest, i think 172 wheels are my best bet, until some decent turbines come around my way

Just a quick word of advice.
since you're going to get bummed by the insurers regardless of what you drive, why not hold back on throwing money at the car and keep your money for things that are somewhat more important:-
Tax
Insurance
Fuel
Servicing
You know, the basics. A car is a lot cooler when you can legally drive it.

Just to let you know mate, my insurance is a very reasonable price at the moment, and i have included these modifications in my renewal quotes and i am more than sure i can afford it, so can definatley legally drive it...thanks

which is why i havent bothered going through with trying to win the 172 wheels. have now ordered new tyres for my current wheels which will be fitted tomorrow, so im just gona stick out and wait for turbines Just had the car in the garage again. I noticed a whining sound after the belts were changed last week. i immediatley thought that the timing belt was too tight so rang up the place were i had them changed. Took it back today and they had told me it is the wheel bearing...£167 :/ so im pretty gutted on that one

Apparently so :/ im sure they only cost about 30 quid..plus about 50 quid labour? nevermind :/

i know of a set of white turbines up for sale with tyres. PM Jon.G from ealier in this thread, pretty sure he's got them for sale, mint condition in white.
