1.2 to 1.4 conversion? or engine swap?

I was just thinking before if there is a way to change the 1.2 clio extreme to a 1.4 as a conversion or do you have to put a 1.4 engine swap. After the swap could you just put a turbo on the 1.4 or is there another process that would have to be done first?

The only 1.4 engine which would make it any better would be the 5GT Turbo Engine.

To change from a 1.2 16v to 1.4 16v would be unfeasible for the amount of money it would cost for such a little performance upgrade. (Sorry)

converting a 1.2 to a 1.4 would be pointless you'd have to have money to chuck away if you where to do that , to something sensible and upgrade from a 1.2 to a 1.6 or dare a say a 2l all of which can be professionally done at a reasonable price around £2800 all in
