hard to hear that clearly. it's much easier to be there in person, so if you want to rule the starter out then remove the starter motor and test it on a bench with 12 volts. you'll be able to see from there wether or not it's the starter motor

as for the frothy oil, do you do a lot of driving or do you mainly do very very short journeys? you usually expect to see that froth when the cars not been warmed up fully (the froth is the result of condensation not being fully evapourated from the oil due to not reaching the correct temperature due to time constraints of your journey). the other reason could be a blown head gasket where the coolant is making it's way into the oil
 
So in summary - when you put jump leads on - it starts, it started with a new battery too, however now it won't start again, turn over - click. Sound like starter motor/alternator?
 
I had something similar, follow your neg battery lead and check that it's correctly earthing. When the battery was fitted the wire could've been disturbed and earthed correctly.

Also follow wires from the starter.

As the lads say check the batteru voltage running should be 13.5

If it isYou may have a drain on some thing. Is bet the rear window heater unplug it from the window at the back.
