1.4 16V alize!
Evening all, my Clio II Alize has recently decided it needs a couple on new driveshafts. After a few calls to some parts suppliers i was told that i needed to count the teeth on the ABS ring as they were changed at some point in 2001.
After looking at my Haynes manual and looking at my car it seems mine are different to the ones in the manual as the ABS ring is not exposed. Ive been informed that the ABS ring will rather have 24 (ish) or 44 (ish) teeth on each ABS ring, but obviously i dont know as i cant see! My car is a X reg and probably one of the last Clio II's made so im thinking it probably has a set of the newer ones? Ive tried contacting a couple of Renault dealers about it, but it seems i know more about it than they do!
Any help would be greatly apreciated as i want to get the clio sold and buy rather a 106 rallye or maybe a early 172 (if im feeling bold!)
