Well there is a guy here claiming his Clio 1.4 16v with only an airfilter is making 92hp & 114lb/ft @ wheels

wheras my 172 makes 114hp and 106lb/ft at the same altitude

So Im having a real hard time believing him, unless his figures are actually flywheel figures @ sealevel
