1.4 E-Type automatic to manual

Just a rough idea what has to be changed to make this engine a manual. Any one think of any thing else?
I'm not sure about the ECU + wiring side of it.

Gearbox.
Gear linkage
Interior Gear stick + nob
Interior plastic center section
Throttle body. ???
Brake pedal
Clutch pedal + cable.

I'll just use Velcro as a pressure plate its cheaper.

I've never messed with a auto before. How do there boxes connect to the crank ?
