1.4 high idle revs

Car's never had this problem before but when i turn it on it idles at 1200rpm instead of the usual 800 or so.
What could be causing this? would an engine flush do anything? Would it be dirty throttle bodies?

Does it go back to 800 when it's warm?

yea but it hasnt for a year since i got it...as long as its not anythin to worry about

Could it be cause its cold?

The engine will work most efficiently once its warmed up. Maybe the car automatically keeps the car revving till its at a decent temp?

Battery might be on the way out.

Cold won't affect it.
